Favorites

I wanted to write a post about some of my favorite things that aren't necessarily makeup or fashion.

Before I start, I just wanted to say I'm on my spring break and I'm loving it! 

I'll be so sad when it ends.

I have a ton of haul posts I need to get up, but I've been sleeping in till 12 afternoon like everyday (feels so fucking good!!!)

Okay here are some of my favorite things (channel Sound of Music~)

Yogi Goji Berry Green Tea!

This tea is awesome!  It's naturally sweet so I don't add any sugar.  I sometimes will add a dab of honey.  It's super tasty and green tea is an antioxidant so it beneficial.  It contains caffeine but not as much as black tea or coffee.

Bath & Body Works 3-Wick candles!

These candles are amazing!  I love how potent the fragrance is and how long lasting they are as well.  The selection of scents is pretty extensive.  I prefer 'clean' and 'fresh' scents oppose to 'fruity' or 'sweet' scents.  Whatever your preference, you should be able to find something you like.  I also take advantage of B&BW's 2 for 22$ sale.  

You can see behind the 3-Wick candles I have 2 Yankee candles, they also smell wonderful but never go on sale...hmph!    

Textbooks purchased from Goodwill!

This find is pure freaking gold!  I only paid 6$ for this book!  Oppose to paying 60-100$ for the textbook from the college bookstore or online from a national book retailer.  The bonus is that the money goes to charity. 

Braids.

I loving braiding my hair.  May sound silly or unoriginal but it's very soft, pretty, and practical hairstyle (especially if your hair is dirty).  I like how it keeps hair tamed and out of my face.  I also love all the varieties of braids there are to keep things interesting.  I love french (above is a diagonal french braid), regular plait, and fishtail braids.  

Haagen-Dazs Vanilla Swill Almond ice cream!

OMG!  This ice cream is sooooooo good!  I could eat the whole thing in one sitting.  I love the chocolate covered almonds.  I really have to harness my self control when eating this lol. 

Media Noche

This is my favorite sandwich!  It's a Cuban sandwich called Media Noche meaning Midnight sandwich.    

It has ham, roasted pork, melted gooey cheese, mustard, pickles, and it's on sweet bread.  Just looking at this picture is making me drool!  I think I knew what I'm eating for lunch today :)))

Honestly this list could go on and on.  I really love living in South Florida.   Such an amazing place to live and experience new things.  I love the melting pot of people, it really opens your eyes to all the different people, foods, music, and fun the world has to offer.  

Either way I love tying new things so my 'favorites' is very dynamic and ever evolving list!
